Eternal Wellness Center — FAQ
Science & Safety
What exactly are peptides and are they safe? +

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks your body already uses to produce hormones, enzymes and signalling molecules. They don't introduce foreign substances. They work by signalling your body's own repair and regulation systems to function at a higher level.

The safety profile of pharmaceutical-grade peptide therapy is well established. At Eternal Wellness Center, every compound is prepared through a pharmaceutical-grade compounding lab, quality-tested, and reviewed specifically to your health profile by Peter, our peptide and hormone specialist. Nothing is generic.

Are these pharmaceutical-grade products? +

Yes. Every compound we use is pharmaceutical-grade and prepared through a pharmaceutical-grade compounding lab. This is one of the most important distinctions between Eternal Wellness Center and the broader peptide market.

Read: Why Quality Matters →

Research-grade peptides — the kind sold online without a protocol — are not manufactured to human-use standards. The difference in purity, consistency and safety is significant. When you work with us, you receive the same standard of compound that a specialist clinic would prescribe.

Are there side effects? +

Peptide therapy is generally very well tolerated. The most commonly reported experiences — particularly in the early weeks — are mild and temporary: transient fatigue, vivid dreams, or mild injection site sensitivity, depending on the compound and administration method.

Serious adverse effects are rare at therapeutic doses. Peter designs your protocol with your full health picture in mind — existing conditions, medications and bloodwork all factor into what he recommends and at what dose. If anything feels off during your protocol, we hear about it immediately and adjust.

Do peptides interfere with medications I'm already taking? +

This is exactly why Peter reviews your full health screening before designing anything. Some peptides interact with certain medications or health conditions, and those interactions matter.

You'll declare all current medications on your consultation form. Peter reviews everything before making a recommendation. If there's any clinical reason to pause or modify a protocol, he'll tell you directly. This is not a situation where anyone guesses.

Is peptide therapy legal? +

The legal and regulatory status of peptides varies by jurisdiction and compound. We operate within the applicable regulatory framework for the markets we serve.

If you have a specific question about access or legality in your location, speak with Tom directly — this is something we address individually rather than making blanket statements that may not apply to your circumstances.

The Protocol Process
What happens after I fill in the consultation form? +

Tom reviews your form and reaches out — typically within one business day. He'll confirm your goals, answer any early questions, and make sure you're a strong fit for what we do.

If the fit is right, your case moves to Peter for protocol design. Peter reviews your health data and builds a compound stack and dosing schedule specific to you. Trevor may also be brought in if your nutritional and lifestyle foundation needs structuring to support the protocol. Nothing gets issued until that picture is complete.

Do I need blood work or lab results before starting? +

For most protocols, yes — baseline bloodwork gives Peter the full picture he needs to design accurately and safely. Some panels we can guide you through locally; others you may already have access to through your GP or a private lab.

We'll tell you exactly what we need and how to get it. You won't be left navigating that alone.

How is the protocol actually administered? +

Most peptide protocols use subcutaneous injection — a short, fine needle into the fat layer just under the skin, typically the abdomen or thigh. It's considerably less intimidating than it sounds. Most clients are comfortable with self-administration within the first few uses.

Some compounds are available in oral, nasal or topical forms depending on the peptide and your protocol. Peter will specify the right administration method and you'll receive full guidance before you start.

How long is a typical protocol? +

It depends on your goals. Healing and recovery protocols often run 8–12 weeks. Performance and body composition protocols typically run 12–16 weeks. Longevity and cellular health protocols are often designed in longer cycles with strategic rest periods.

Peter designs for the outcome, not for a fixed duration. Some clients complete a single protocol. Others maintain an ongoing relationship with the clinic as their goals evolve.

What role does Trevor play in my protocol? +

Trevor is our holistic nutrition and peptide specialist. His job is to make sure your body's environment supports what the peptides are trying to do. A protocol is only as effective as the biological foundation it's working within.

Depending on your goals and health picture, Trevor may review your nutrition, sleep, training load and lifestyle, and give you specific guidance that amplifies the protocol's results. Not every client requires Trevor's full involvement — but for those who do, his input is significant.

Cost & Access
What does a protocol cost? +

Pricing varies depending on the compounds, protocol duration and level of specialist involvement. A single-compound starter protocol sits at a different investment level to a multi-compound longevity stack with full team oversight.

We don't publish fixed price lists because what Peter designs is specific to you — and a generic price for a generic protocol isn't what we do. Tom will walk you through investment clearly during the consultation process, with no surprises.

Why does pharmaceutical-grade cost more than research peptides I can buy online? +

Research-grade peptides are manufactured for laboratory use — not for human administration. The purity standards, testing requirements and regulatory oversight are fundamentally different.

When you work with us, you're paying for pharmaceutical-grade compounds, a pharmacist-designed protocol, specialist oversight throughout, and the confidence that what's in the vial is what it says it is. The people who've tried the cheap route and experienced nothing — or worse — understand this distinction quickly.

Can I access your protocols remotely or do I need to be local? +

The entire consultation and protocol design process happens remotely. Tom, Peter and Trevor work with clients across multiple locations. Your compounds are dispatched directly to you with full administration guidance.

If you have a question about access in your specific location, speak with Tom first — he'll give you a straight answer.

Is there ongoing support after I receive my protocol? +

Yes — and this is non-negotiable for us. You are not handed a vial and left alone. Tom stays in contact throughout. If anything feels off, if you have a question at week four, if you want Peter to review something — that access is part of what you're working with us for.

Aftercare is not an add-on. It's the standard.

Results & Expectations
How soon will I notice results? +

It depends entirely on the compound and goal. Some clients notice improved sleep quality and recovery within the first two weeks. Body composition changes typically become measurable from weeks four to eight. Deep cellular and longevity outcomes — the kind Epithalon and MOTS-c work toward — operate on a longer timeline and are often felt before they're visible.

Peptide therapy is not a shortcut. It's a precision tool. The clients who get the most from it are the ones who understand that distinction going in.

What if I don't respond as expected? +

Individual response varies — and that's precisely why ongoing contact with Peter matters. If you're not tracking where you should be at a given point in the protocol, Peter reviews and adjusts. Dosing, timing, compound selection — all of it can be refined.

This is why a protocol designed by a pharmacist with full oversight is fundamentally different from a self-directed approach. You're not locked into a fixed plan. You're in an active, managed process.

Do results last after I finish a protocol? +

Many of the structural and cellular benefits — improved tissue integrity from BPC-157, telomere support from Epithalon, restored mitochondrial function — have durable effects that extend well beyond the active protocol period.

Functional outcomes like body composition and performance depend more on what you maintain through lifestyle. Trevor's guidance during the protocol is partly designed to build habits that outlast it. Most clients choose to run subsequent protocols once they understand how the system works.

Can I combine multiple protocols at once? +

Yes — and many clients do. A longevity-focused client might run Epithalon alongside BPC-157 for connective tissue support. A performance client might combine a GH secretagogue stack with a recovery compound.

Peter designs stacks, not just single compounds. Synergistic protocols are a core part of what differentiates our approach. The key is that every combination is intentional — not stacked arbitrarily.

Getting Started
How do I know which protocol is right for me? +

That's exactly what the consultation process is designed to determine. You don't need to arrive knowing the answer. You arrive with your goals, your health history and your questions — and Peter figures out the rest.

If you want a starting point before the consultation, our protocol pages break down each goal area in detail. But the definitive answer comes from Peter, not from a website.

Is the consultation free? +

Yes. The initial consultation — the form, Tom's review, the conversation that follows — is completely free. There's no commitment involved. We want to understand your situation properly before recommending anything, and that conversation costs you nothing.

I've never done anything like this before. Is that a problem? +

Not at all. Most of our clients come to us without prior experience of peptide therapy. That's not a disadvantage — it means there are no habits to unlearn and no previous protocols to account for.

Tom's job is to make this feel straightforward, not overwhelming. You'll understand exactly what you're taking, why, how, and what to expect before anything is dispatched.

What's the first step? +

Fill in the free consultation form. It takes a few minutes. It asks about your goals, health history and what's brought you here. That's what Tom and Peter need to give you something genuinely useful in return.

Everything starts there. No obligation, no pressure.

Why It Matters

The question behind
every question is
can I trust this?

We understand that. Peptide therapy exists in a space where the information is uneven, the quality is inconsistent, and the guidance is often absent entirely.

We built Eternal Wellness Center to be the exception. Pharmaceutical-grade compounds. A pharmacist who designs your protocol from your health data. A nutrition specialist who prepares your body to respond. And Tom, keeping the whole thing together throughout.

That's not a marketing claim. It's the structure we operate within every day.
