Do I need bloodwork before we speak?
No. The first consultation is just a conversation — there's no clinical requirement to have bloodwork done beforehand. Once we've spoken and you decide to proceed, we'll guide you on exactly what to get if needed and how to get it. We make that part simple.

What about international delivery & custom clearance?
We work with experienced international logistics partners and support clients through delivery issues. If an order is lost or damaged, we review it quickly and arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.

How long does the process take from first contact to first order?
Once your bloodwork is in, Peter typically has a protocol ready within a few days. Compounding and delivery adds time depending on where you are. From first contact to having your protocol in hand, most clients are looking at two weeks — sometimes less.

I'm not in Australia or the USA. Does that matter?
Not at all, we operate internationally and we work with clients worldwide. The consultation process is fully remote — form, call, bloodwork review, protocol delivery. Everything works internationally. Tom will cover the specifics relevant to your location during your consultation call.

Is the consultation genuinely free?
Yes. No hidden fees, no credit card required, no obligation. It's a real conversation — not a sales pitch with a form attached. If peptide therapy isn't the right fit for you at this point, we'll say so.

We reassess. Peter reviews updated bloodwork, Trevor revisits your nutrition alignment, and a refined protocol is designed for the next cycle.
